Rules & Regulations

By order of the Wake County Health Department the following rules MUST be followed by all MEMBERS and GUESTS. If a violation is cited, it may cause the pool to close for an extended period of time.

  1. THERE SHALL BE NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.

    Broken glass in the pool may cause the pool to close for as long as a week.

  2. THERE SHALL BE NO PETS IN THE POOL OR ON THE POOL DECK.

  3. SWIM DIAPERS MUST BE WORN FOR ANY CHILD NOT TOILET TRAINED.

    Contamination may cause the pool to close while water treatment is conducted.

The following RULES AND REGULATIONS are for the protection of everyone and to ensure that all MEMBERS and GUESTS enjoy the pool season.

  1. ALL MEMBERS AND GUESTS SHALL RINSE OFF BEFORE ENTERING POOL.

    Please be especially mindful of volleyball sand on children’s feet.

  2. ALL MEMBERS AND GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN GARBAGE.

    If garbage bins are full please notify the staff.

  3. THERE SHALL BE NO RUNNING OR HORSEPLAY ON THE POOL DECK.

    Horseplay includes dunking underwater, climbing on top of others, games of

    chicken, or hitting with pool noodles, etc.

  4. THERE SHALL BE NO DUNKING ON THE BASKETBALL GOAL.

  5. THERE SHALL BE NO SMOKING OR VAPING WITHIN 25 FEET OF THE

    FENCE.

  6. THERE SHALL BE NO SPEAKERS OR BOOMBOXES ON THE POOL DECK.

  7. THERE SHALL BE NO FLOATS IN THE POOL.

    Pool floats create a hazard to bathers as they impede the ability of the lifeguards to observe activity in the pool.

MINORS under the age of (13) must be escorted by a GUARDIAN. The responsibility for the conduct of minors lies with the guardian of each minor. Repeated violations of these rules will be addressed with the adult pool member rather than the minor and shall result in SUSPENSION, or in cases where the offending behavior does not cease, REVOCATION of membership.
